Our Policy in a Nutshell: You can return or exchange most unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items in original packaging with tags attached within 15 days of receiving your order. Some exceptions apply (see below).

Our Return & Exchange Policy

  • Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your shipment.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: Your order number or confirmation email is required.
  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Request (Within 15 Days)

Contact our customer-centric team to start the process. Please send your request to [email protected] using the template provided below. Include your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

Step 2: Receive Instructions & Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to ship your return. Please do not ship items back without this authorization.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, include all tags, and place the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Ship the package to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.

Important: We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit without a tracking number. Return shipping costs are not covered unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Step 4: Processing & Refund/Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5-7 business days after arrival), we will process your request.

  • For Refunds: We will initiate the refund to your original payment method.
  • For Exchanges: We will ship the requested replacement item to you. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or contact you for an alternative.

Refund Timeline & Method

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) & PayPal: Once processed, refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution’s policies.
  • The refund will be for the cost of the returned item(s) only. Original shipping charges and any return shipping fees you incur are non-refundable.

Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

To ensure hygiene and product integrity, the following items from our menu are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Beauty & Self Care: All products in this category for health and safety reasons.
  • Accessories & Socks: Due to their intimate nature, all socks and certain close-fitting accessories are final sale.
  • Any item that is worn, washed, damaged, altered, or missing its original tags and packaging.

International Returns

As a global brand shipping worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions), we accept international returns. The process is the same, but please note:

  • You are responsible for any return shipping costs and applicable customs/duties for the return shipment.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original currency of purchase, minus any non-refundable charges.
