Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

5. Shipping Policy

We ship globally, excluding some remote regions and parts of Asia. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for the most current details.

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 flat rate via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delivery timeframes begin once the order has shipped. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your shipment.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
• Process: Contact [email protected] within 15 days to initiate a return. Do not ship items back without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after inspection. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• International Returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs/duties.
